As the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei (BTH) coordinated development strategy progresses, we have been dedicated to promoting regional coordinated development. With a focus on our existing parks in Langfang, Shijiazhuang and Zhangjiakou, we do so by unleashing the potential the spilling-over effect these parks have, and cooperating with local governments to improve city design, planning and industrial output capacity.

Assist in the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei Coordinated Development

The BTH Strategy Backgrounder:

The BTH strategy is designed to achieve the coordinated development of Beijing, Tianjin and Hebei. For this to happen, the "non-capital functions" will be transferred out of Beijing, and the "slimming" of the capital’s core functions will be accelerated.

Geographical Advantage of Industrial Town

We have developed 7 industrial towns in such cities as Langfang, Zhangjiakou and Shijiazhuang. As major cities under the BTH strategy, they can benefit from their location late development while alleviating the burden of the capital and receiving the relocated companies from Beijing.

Main Industrial Town Services

Build industrial town parks around Beijing, and assist central enterprises, state-owned enterprises, and Beijing-headquartered enterprises in their efforts to relocate, expand and transfer their businesses. During this process, Longhe Park has received the non-capital functions in industry-city integrated development, and increased the size of local industries. These efforts helped boost local economy, and result in an industry system including electronic information, equipment manufacturing and modern services. They also helped catapult this park into a vantage point of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei coordinated development.

Serve the Yangtze River Economic Zone

Rely on the Yangtze River to promote the development of the Yangtze River Economic Zone and expand the economic growth from coastal areas to riverside and inland areas, to facilitate interaction between upstream, middle-stream, and downstream regions, and narrow the gap in development between east region and its central and west counterparts.

Geographical Advantages of Industrial Town

Located on the southern bank of the middle reaches of the Yangtze River, west of Wuhan, Ezhou City is a key component of the Wuhan Metropolises and Edong city cluster. This geographical advantage makes it a logistic center and a transportation hub in this region.

Main Industrial Town Services

In response to the national strategy of Yangtze River Economic Zone, we build two high-end industrial cities in East and West Ezhou city.

International Aviation City: we build a high-end national theme park based on the Shun Feng airport, in collaboration with Shunfeng Express (SF Express).

Yangtze River Wisdom Port: is a city-industry integration demonstration project for this economic zone, with a focus on smart manufacturing, energy conservation, environmental protection, supply chain innovation, and industrial services.

Wanjiang City Belt

This city belt is designed to advance the participation of Anhui province in the development of the Pan-Yangtze River Delta, explore new ways to receive industries transferred into Mid and West China, and accelerate the rise of the Mid China region.

Geographical Advantages of Industrial Town

Adjacent to the Yangtze River Delta, Chuzhou Demonstration Zone is a national demonstration area. It is approved by the State Council to receive industries transferred from the eastern part of this delta. These industries include new material production and energy industries.

Highlights of Industrial Town Services

As a replica of the Longhe model, Anhui Chuzhou centralized demonstration zone has a planned area of 15 square kilometers. It is designed to receive transferred industries, and attract investments into new materials, new energy, equipment manufacturing, modern services, and green food industries.
